Seasonal Rental Needed for Jan/Feb 2013 in Cape Coral or Ft Myers Area in Cape Coral, FL

We are in the Cape Coral area looking for a seasonal rental in the Ft Myers or Cape Coral area. We have rented in the area since 1985, have rented the same house for the past six years; however, it is now for sale. Want at least a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and unit must allow a small dog (10# pom) priced in the $1600 to $1800 per month range. 2 adults & 1 dog. References can be provided.
